General Return Policy

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

All items eligible for return must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

Customized items are not returnable.

Some items may have specific policies. Please check the product description area for any applicable details.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refund Instructions

If the issue is caused by us (such as shipping error, defects, wrong items, etc.), you will receive a full refund.

For issues not caused by us (such as fit problems, dislikes, buy 2 keep 1, event cancellation, etc.), the buyer is responsible for bearing the return shipping cost. Additionally, a restocking fee will be charged (usually 30%, based on the actual situation).

Due to varying body shapes, if we produce the correct size, but it does not fit, a full refund is not supported. However, to provide better service, we will cover a partial alteration cost at a local tailor shop (up to 20% of the purchased product price).

Please note that if you choose a different fabric color, there may be some color differences. It doesn't mean that we make a wrong color. e.g. Burnt orange of chiffon is quiet different to burnt orange of silk satin.

Rush orders, custom-sized products, tips, lingerie, color swatches, and shoes are not eligible for return and refund.

Refund Process

1. Contact to initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide an explanation and photographs to articulate the reason for your return. (We do not accept full refunds if it takes more than one week to contact us for a refund).

2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You are required to cover the return shipping fee. Please dispatch the item(s) through your local post office and forward the tracking number to us.

3. All returned item(s) will undergo inspections. We will proceed with the refund once we confirm that the product exhibits the issues you mentioned. After we have processed the refund, it typically takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Please note that your bank or payment service may impose a small transaction charge.

What will be a custom option (customized product)?

  • Custom color;
  • Custom size;
  • Customize the dress using colors other than those shown in the product picture;
  • Modifying the style of the dress (such as collar type, sleeve length, etc.).
  • Unusual size: 00-0, 18-32;
  • Provide an image of a dress (not from us) for customization, etc.

If you want to choose a large size product (US18-30), please pay attention to your email and we will send an email to confirm the size. Because unusual size products do not support full refunds.

We reserve the right not to process the refund if you return the items in unacceptable condition. (the international shipping may have the risk of damage)

All our dresses are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each dress goes through quality-inspection 3 times before being shipped out to minimize such problems from arising. Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.
